Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement individualized physiotherapy treatments for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Conduct assessments and document progress to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and relatives about therapeutic exercises and preventive measures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of therapy concepts and participate in interdisciplinary case discussions
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and quality standards during all therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training or university degree as a physiotherapist (staatlich anerkannte:r Physiotherapeut:in) or equivalent foreign qualification with recognition in Germany (or willingness to initiate the recognition process)
• First professional experience in a hospital or rehabilitation facility is an advantage; however, motivated recent graduates are also welcome
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and a patient-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
