Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Monitor and document patients' health conditions, including vital signs and overall progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
Completed training as a Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (Health and Nursing Professional), or an equivalent recognized qualification.
Valid authorization to practice as a nurse in Germany.
Proficiency in German, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
Experience in nursing or elderly care is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of empathy and patience.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
