Collaborate effectively with relatives, physicians, and therapeutic staff
Adhere to hygiene protocols and institutional quality standards
Requirements:
German language proficiency at B1/B2 level upon arrival
Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse, healthcare and nursing assistant, or equivalent qualification
Prior nursing experience is desirable, but not mandatory
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with older adults
Strong team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
