Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to review and adjust treatment plans.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including progress notes, medication logs, and assessments.
Document changes in patient conditions and report any concerns to the physician or nurse in charge.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in relation to patient records and privacy.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including other nurses, healthcare assistants, doctors, physiotherapists, and social workers.
Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.
Train and mentor junior staff or nursing assistants as needed.
Family & Patient Communication:
Establish strong, empathetic relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and addressing concerns.
Educate family members on care protocols, disease management, and health strategies.
Infection Control & Safety:

Work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
