Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional health, including vital signs and medical history documentation.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Administer medications, injections, and intravenous therapies, monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
Provide wound care, perform dressing changes, and assist patients in post-operative recovery processes.
Conduct routine health screenings and preventive care measures.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
Uphold a safe and hygienic environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Valid nursing license recognized in Germany.
Experience: Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Language Proficiency: German language proficiency at B2 level upon arrival.
Nationality: Open to candidates of all nationalities; however, candidates from Tunisia, Morocco, or Egypt are encouraged to apply.
