Job Description:
Krankenhaus GmbH Landkreis Weilheim-Schongau is seeking a qualified and motivated Medical Technical Radiology Assistant (MTRA) to join its radiology team. The selected candidate will play a key role in conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and working closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic results.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and assist in radiological examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasound imaging
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
Administer contrast agents when necessary and monitor patient reactions
Collaborate with radiologists and medical professionals to ensure precise and high-quality imaging results
Maintain and operate radiology equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards
Accurately document procedures and update patient records
Follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Provide clear instructions and support to patients throughout the imaging process
Requirements:
Recognized qualification as a Medical Technical Radiology Assistant (MTRA)
Valid certification/license to practice as an MTRA
Minimum of two years of professional experience in radiology
German language proficiency at B2 level upon arrival
A valid driving license
Strong technical skills in operating imaging equipment and handling digital radiology systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment with a patient-centered approach
