The hospital encompasses various specialized centers, including a certified Darmzentrum (Colorectal Center), Brustkrebszentrum (Breast Cancer Center), and Gefäßzentrum (Vascular Center), among others. These centers are renowned for their excellence in diagnostics and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, document observations accurately, and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Requirements:
Completed vocational training as a registered nurse (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann) or equivalent qualification.
Ideally, experience in a hospital or clinical setting; however, motivated graduates are also encouraged to apply.
High level of motivation, commitment, and the ability to work cooperatively within interdisciplinary teams.
Flexibility, resilience, and a responsible approach to patient care.
Willingness to participate in shift work, including weekends and holidays.
