Your expertise will extend beyond treating dental issues to educating patients on preventive care and promoting optimal oral hygiene practices. abeer is looking for a dedicated dental professional who focuses on the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of dental pulp and root canal issues.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Category	Responsibilities
Patient Care	Diagnose and treat issues related to the dental pulp and root canals. Manage infections, abscesses, and traumatic dental injuries. Perform thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical and dental histories.
Procedures	Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, and apical surgeries. Manage endodontic emergencies, including pain and swelling. Conduct advanced diagnostic procedures such as CBCT scans (Cone Beam Computed Tomography). Restore treated teeth to proper function.
Collaboration	Work closely with general dentists and other specialists for comprehensive patient care. Provide consultations and second opinions for complex cases.
Technology Use	Utilize advanced endodontic tools and technologies, such as dental microscopes, rotary instruments, and biocompatible materials. Keep up-to-date with advancements in endodontic techniques.
Education and Awareness	Educate patients about oral hygiene practices to prevent future dental issues. Train junior dentists or dental students, if working in an academic setting.
Documentation & Compliance	Maintain detailed patient records in compliance with Saudi Arabia’s healthcare regulations. Follow the standards set by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

Education

MDS in Endodontics from a recognised Medical College in India

Experience

2 years of work experience in Endodontics after post graduation.

Skills & Competencies

Demonstrable expertise and proficiency in Performing root canal treatments to diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and surrounding tissues.
Use advanced technology and techniques to clean, shape, and fill root canals effectively.
Good communication skills to educate patients about oral hygiene practices to prevent future dental issues.
