Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide comprehensive and individualized nursing care in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
Monitor patients’ physical and emotional conditions, record vital signs, and document their progress accurately.
Administer medications, perform injections, and conduct IV therapies as prescribed.
Assist patients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other professionals to develop and review personalized care plans.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, social workers, and administrative staff.
Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance care quality and share best practices.
Requirements:
Recognized qualification as a Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Valid nursing license to practice in Germany.
Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level required).
Demonstrated experience in nursing or elderly care is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and dedication to patient care.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
