Job Overview

General Duties

- Provide clinical leadership for the multi-professional team

- Lead ward rounds

- Direct patient management

- Perform practical procedures

- Teach junior medical and other staff

- Attend multidisciplinary meetings

- Participate in governance activities

- Manage and administer the service

- Liaise with other professionals within and outside the Trust as required

The post holder will also be required to join the General Internal Medicine on-call Rota, which the current commitment of 1:11
