About the Facility:

Join a dedicated nursing team at a newly opening care home in summer 2026, specializing in the support and care of people with dementia in a residential group setting. The facility offers a person-centered approach and values long-term employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic and medical nursing care in accordance with care standards
• Plan, document, and evaluate individual care measures
• Assess residents’ nursing needs and level of care dependency
• Supervise, instruct, and support care assistants and trainees
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., doctors, therapists, social services)
• Ensure medication administration and monitor health conditions
• Actively participate in case discussions and care planning meetings
• Support residents in daily living activities and promote their independence
• Communicate with family members and provide updates on care status
• Contribute to quality assurance and improvement within the care unit

Your Profile:

• Recognized nursing qualification (or in the process of recognition in Germany)
• Ideally, experience or interest in working with people with dementia
• Strong sense of empathy, patience, and responsibility
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented and structured environment
• Basic German skills at B1 level (required for interview and entry)

Requirements

• Nursing diploma or degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license.
• German language proficiency at minimum level B1. 
• Knowledge of basic and medical nursing care.
