Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic and medical nursing care in accordance with care standards
Plan, document, and evaluate individual care measures
Assess residents’ nursing needs and level of care dependency
Supervise, instruct, and support care assistants and trainees
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., doctors, therapists, social services)
Ensure medication administration and monitor health conditions
Actively participate in case discussions and care planning meetings
Support residents in daily living activities and promote their independence
Communicate with family members and provide updates on care status
Contribute to quality assurance and improvement within the care unit

Your Profile:
Recognized nursing qualification (or in the process of recognition in Germany)
Ideally, experience or interest in working with people with dementia
Strong sense of empathy, patience, and responsibility

Basic German skills at B1 level (required for interview and entry)
