Responsibilities:
Resident Care:
Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor and record vital signs under the supervision of senior staff.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Clinical Support:
Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical procedures and examinations.
Prepare and maintain resident rooms, ensuring cleanliness and order.
Transport residents to different areas within the care home.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.
Report any changes in resident conditions to supervising staff promptly.
Qualification:
Education: Minimum of a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife or equivalent).
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher).
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, empathy, and a commitment to resident care.
Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
Working Conditions:
Shifts: Rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
