abeer KSA is looking for an Emergency Medicine specialist for providing timely, high-quality medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries. Job Overview

Patient Care	Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute medical, surgical, and trauma-related emergencies. Stabilize critically ill patients and initiate appropriate treatment protocols. Perform life-saving interventions, including advanced airway management, resuscitation, and hemorrhage control.
Emergency Procedures	Conduct diagnostic procedures such as point-of-care ultrasounds and emergency intubations. Perform minor surgical procedures, including suturing, wound care, and abscess drainage. Administer medications and manage pain relief as per established guidelines.
Collaboration	Coordinate with other specialists, surgeons, and healthcare professionals for complex cases requiring multidisciplinary care. Communicate effectively with nursing staff and emergency team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Documentation and Compliance	Maintain accurate medical records, including patient history, diagnoses, procedures and treatments. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, local healthcare regulations, and international medical standards.
Continuous Improvement	Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including case reviews and audits. Stay updated with advancements in emergency medicine through continuous medical education.

Requirements

Education

MBBS
MD in Emergency Medicine or Specialized training in Emergency Medicine, with relevant certification (e.g., Fellowship in Emergency Medicine).

Experience

2 years of experience post masters experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Demonstrable expertise and proficiency in managing a wide range of emergency conditions, including trauma, cardiac events, and pediatric emergencies.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in emergency procedures and use of diagnostic tools.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage patients and families during stressful situations.
