abeer KSA is looking for a dedicated physician to join the Internal Medicine team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. Job Overview

Patient Care	Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Provide preventative care and health education to patients and their families.
Medical Procedures	Prescribe/Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results. Administer treatments, including medications and minor procedures, as required. Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals for complex cases.
Documentation & Compliance	Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with hospital policies. Ensure compliance with medical regulations, ethical standards, and hospital protocols.
Collaboration	Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education.
Quality Improvement	Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest medical research and best practices to enhance care delivery.

Education

MBBS
MD/DnB in General Medicine

Experience

2 years of experience post MD/DnB, preferably in a hospital setting.

Skills & Competencies

Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and a patient-focused approach to healthcare.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
