Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, document observations accurately, and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Requirements:
Completed vocational training as a registered nurse (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann) or equivalent qualification.
Experience in psychiatric or neurological care is advantageous; however, motivated graduates are also encouraged to apply.
High level of empathy, motivation, commitment, and the ability to work cooperatively within interdisciplinary teams.

Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
