We are hiring motivated individuals under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program for agriculture-related work in Japan. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Japanese agricultural practices, including crop cultivation and livestock care. Successful candidates will work on farms, greenhouses, or livestock facilities, contributing to food production and farm maintenance while following Japanese agricultural standards.
Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops (e.g., vegetables, fruits, rice).
Operate basic agricultural machinery and tools under supervision.
Perform maintenance of greenhouses, irrigation systems, and farming equipment.
Support sorting, packing, and shipping of agricultural products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas and storage facilities.
Follow safety protocols and farm procedures as instructed by supervisors.
If assigned to livestock: assist in feeding, cleaning, and caring for animals (e.g., cows, pigs, chickens).
Accurately record work activities and report to supervisors.
Work collaboratively with Japanese staff and other foreign workers in a team environment.
