We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join Japan’s Accommodation industry under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program. This role involves providing hospitality services in hotels, inns (ryokan), and other lodging facilities. The ideal candidate will contribute to guest satisfaction by performing a variety of front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant support duties while adapting to Japanese hospitality standards.
Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about the facility, local attractions, and transportation.
Assist with room cleaning, bed-making, laundry, and general housekeeping tasks.
Serve meals, clear tables, and support dining room operations as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
Handle luggage assistance and room service requests.
Follow Japanese omotenashi (hospitality) practices to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Work in coordination with Japanese staff to meet daily service and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records and report any issues or guest feedback to supervisors.
