We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to work as Care Workers under Japan’s Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program. This role involves providing daily support and personal care to elderly or disabled residents in care homes, nursing facilities, or private homes. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in caregiving, good communication skills, and the ability to adapt to Japan’s working environment and cultural expectations.
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly residents.
Monitor and report changes in the health or behavior of residents to medical staff or supervisors.
Support mobility by helping residents move safely within the facility or to appointments.
Help maintain cleanliness and order in residents' rooms and communal areas.
Follow hygiene, safety, and care protocols as per facility standards.
Participate in care planning meetings and training sessions.
Cooperate with Japanese staff and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
Maintain accurate records of care activities and resident status.
