What You'll Do

• Build delightful, fast, and responsive user interfaces for tools used by thousands of candidates, recruiters, and businesses.
• Translate designs and ideas into elegant frontend code using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Work closely with backend engineers to connect APIs and shape product experiences end-to-end.
• Own features from design to deployment – and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and maintainability are baked into every UI you build.
• Contribute to component libraries, design systems, and UX guidelines as the product evolves.

You Might Be a Fit If...

• You’ve built projects that users actually used – could be freelance, startup, side projects, or work experience.
• You’re comfortable with React and modern JS/TS frameworks, and you love crafting beautiful UIs.
• You think in components and systems, not just pages.

• Experience with complex state management
• Familiarity with performance profiling and web vitals
• Contributions to open-source, personal projects, or design systems
