Job Description
As a System Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design,implementation, and testing. Based on your experience and career goals, you will be assigned to projects where you can enhance your technical skills. We look forward to hearing about your career plans during the interview!
Main Clients: Business corporations, system integrators (SIers), telecom carriers, etc.
Development Phases: Involvement in all phases from requirements definition to release.
Available Projects:
• Onsite Dispatch Projects: Focused mainly on web system development, with opportunities to work on mobile apps, AI, and machine learning technologies. Projects range from B2C to B2B.
• Contract-based Projects: You will join projects in distribution, finance, government sectors, or newly launched projects. For example, in the distribution domain, there are web application development projects for major travel and food service companies. These are large-scale, high-profile web apps where you will work in a team-based environment that encourages the adoption of new
technologies.
Requirements
Eligibility / Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or above
(Graduates of universities, technical colleges, and graduate schools are all eligible.)
Required Experience:
Language ability: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or higher (However, even if you have N3, we can discuss this if you have lived in Japan for a long time and are deemed to have sufficient Japanese language ability)
• Minimum 3 years of development experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, PHP, Python, C#, Ruby, Go, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience with frameworks in the above languages is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in Agile development
• Experience as a Project Leader or Project Manager
