Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing patient-centered care with compassion and empathy.
Proficiency in German language (both spoken and written) - minimum B1 level
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
