Key Responsibilities:
Independently assess patients' physical and emotional conditions and carry out care planning
Implement nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes based on patient needs
Administer medications and perform doctor-delegated procedures
Support patients during pre- and post-operative care, including wound management
Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical conditions
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and healthcare staff in patient-centered care
Ensure accurate and detailed nursing documentation and reporting
Provide life-saving emergency care when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and infection control in all patient areas
Requirements:
Completed nursing qualification (Pflegefachkraft)
Valid professional nursing license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
German language proficiency (B2 level) or willingness to achieve it during the recognition phase
