Job Description:
Curata Holzminden GmbH is looking for dedicated and skilled nurses to join its healthcare team. The selected candidates will play a key role in providing high-quality care to patients, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, and ensuring that all hospital protocols and standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ physical and emotional conditions, record vital signs, and document medical history
Create and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy while monitoring patient responses
Provide wound care, assist with dressing changes, and support post-operative recovery
Conduct routine health checks and screenings for early detection of potential health issues
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation of patient progress
Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Requirements:
Nursing degree from an accredited institution
Valid nursing license
German language proficiency at B2 level upon arrival
A valid driving license
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate excellent patient care skills
