• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients according to established standards and procedures
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes to healthcare providers, and implement appropriate interventions
  
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, treatments, and preventive measures
  
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
  
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
  
• Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and professionalism in the workplace
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
  

• Valid nursing licence from India. 
  

• Freshers with no experience in also eligible. 
  

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken 
  

• Minimum B1 German language certificate from Goethe, OSD, TELC or ECL
  

• Willingness to undergo German language training provided by TERN 
  

• Ability to adapt to a new cultural and healthcare environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
